Refund Policy

All digital sales are final

Every product sold on madebytrev.com is a digital file — LUTs, Lightroom presets, wallpaper packs, and other downloadable content. These are delivered to you immediately after payment and cannot be returned.

Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please read the product description, compatibility requirements, and sample images carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions

We will make it right in the following situations:

You were charged twice. If a duplicate charge appears for the same product, contact us and we will refund the duplicate in full.

You never received your files. If your download link failed and we cannot get you access, we will issue a full refund.

Your files are corrupt or incomplete. If the files won't open or install correctly and we cannot supply working replacements, we will issue a full refund.

To request a refund under any of the above, contact us through the Site within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and a short description of what went wrong.

What we cannot refund

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Accidental or duplicate purchases made by you

  • Buying the wrong product

  • Dissatisfaction with the creative or aesthetic result

  • Incompatibility with software or hardware where the requirements were listed on the product page

  • Products purchased at a promotional or sale price

Before you buy

Results from LUTs and presets vary depending on your camera, lens, exposure, white balance, picture profile or colour space, and monitor calibration. Sample images show what the product can do — they are not a guarantee of what your own footage will look like.

Compatibility requirements are listed on each product page. Please confirm your software version before purchasing.

If you're unsure whether a product suits your workflow, contact us before you buy. We would rather answer a question than process a dispute.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first. We respond quickly and will resolve legitimate problems. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your access to our products being revoked.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act.
